After training physically with Toby for the past two years on a basis of 4-5 times a week, he started creating monthly pdf programs. I’ve been training with Toby for just under a year now, he’s helped me reach my fitness goals not only in the gym but with my life as a student. Growing up in Devon I’d definitely consider myself a true outdoorsman and country boy, playing sport outside for as long as I can remember. From quite an early age I got into rugby, tennis, swimming and cricket. I rowed four years at university, eventually becoming the men’s captain. After graduating I realised my interest career-wise was in the field of fitness and exercise, which drove me to complete my Active IQ Level 3 Certificate at Premiere Training International in Advanced Personal Training. I started my career as a personal trainer in the Bulgari Hotel in London, firstly with the celebrity personal training group Bodyism and then the highly regarded Workshop Gymnasium. I am now currently working for the boutique boxing gym KOBOX.
After nearly 8 years in the business I am now wanting to share my knowledge further and wider through online personal training.
